Jewelssy – Return and Refund Policy

At Jewelssy, we take immense pride in crafting and delivering fine jewellery of the highest quality. Each product undergoes multiple quality checks before being dispatched. However, in rare instances where a product is delivered in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, we ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

This policy applies to purchases made through our official website www.jewelssy.com.


1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged condition or have a manufacturing defect.

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order along with supporting photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn and unused.

    • Accompanied by the original invoice, authenticity certificate, packaging, and any free gifts included with the order.

    • Sent back in the same condition as received.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Customized, personalized, engraved, or resized jewellery is non-returnable unless defective on arrival.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pins are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Change of mind, dislike of design, or personal preference will not be accepted as valid reasons for return or exchange.


2. Return Process (Within India)

  • Once your return request is verified, Jewelssy will arrange a pickup from your address.

  • The product must be securely packed in its original box to avoid any damage in transit.

  • After the product reaches our facility and passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–6 working days and will reflect in your original payment method.


3. Return Process (International Orders)

  • All conditions mentioned above apply to international customers as well.

  • Jewelssy will try to arrange pickup from your location.

  • In cases where pickup is not feasible, customers may be requested to courier the product back to us.

    • Jewelssy will reimburse the courier charges (proof of receipt required).

  • Once the product reaches us (usually 10–15 business days in international shipping), we will initiate the refund to the original payment method.


4. Refund Timelines

  • Domestic Refunds (India): 5–6 working days after product inspection.

  • International Refunds: 10–15 working days (depending on shipping timelines).

  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.


5. Important Notes

  • Jewelssy reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria.

  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery, as it helps in quicker resolution of return claims.

  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Jewelssy will be final.
